Shipping and Returns


We ship to all Continental US residential and commercial addresses.  We offer a flat shipping rate of $10.00 for UPS ground service.  Please call us at 800.554.0826 for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada shipping rates.  All orders over $100 ship free!

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.  Due to the heat in the summer months, we ship candle orders on Mondays so the product does not sit in a hot truck or distribution center over a weekend.


Most standard shipping orders placed by 5pm EST will be processed the same day.  We make every effort to ship within one to two days.  Please note that some orders may take longer to process and ship.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses.  If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.  Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.



We want you to be 100% happy with your order!  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unopened or defective merchandise.  See below for information regarding our return policy.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date your order shipped.  
Any returns received after 30 days will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  We are unable to accept COD.
Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment.  Please allow 14 business days to process returns; we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete.  Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied to post to your account.
